In this video course “In-vehicle cybersecurity controls: Overview and Cryptography”, we will give you an overview of In-vehicle cybersecurity controls specifically cryptography as a measure to secure a product.


To preface this, we will briefly go over the areas of application and the three dimensions of the automotive ecosystem. Then, we will summarize a study that answers the question: what counter measures companies have incorporated in its vehicles to show you what cybersecurity practices are exactly taken into consideration


Additionally, we will explain how to organize cybersecurity controls selection simply and effectively by control property identification and coordination. Finally, we will list and explain the different important control groups applicable of In-vehicle system security.


In the second part of the video, we deep dive into what the objective of cryptography exactly is and then present the four different cryptographic concepts that are applied in many cryptographic controls in detail, which will help you broaden your understanding of the whole topic.
